The main target of this international project is - Improvement of general education and vocational training in line with the needs of the European Union's labor market and local job creation in collaboration with experts. “Job developer” (JD) allows to create occupational opportunities for youths looking for jobs, as well as, based on their interests, knowledge and abilities, and local occupational opportunities analysis, create their own work place. The target of the JD project is to give impetus to reducing the high unemployment rate among young people in Europe by adapting the continuing education and vocational guidance in individual countries to labor market conditions and needs.
