A delegation from the Business Women’s Network at Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts visited Iceland

A delegation from Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts (CCIC) Business Women Network visited Reykjavik, Iceland. During the visit, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the CCIC at the Icelandic Chamber of Commerce, which will help to expand trade and economic as well as scientific and technical relations between the two countries. One of the goals of the agreement is to provide assistance to entrepreneurs and organizations in both countries.

"Iceland is one of the most developed countries in the world in economic, social, and political terms, therefore Lithuanian entrepreneurs have great prospects in this market, especially in the field of exports and human resources." - says Irma Spudienė, a member of the CCIC Council who signed the memorandum.

The signatories to this Memorandum will seek to develop cooperation in accordance with their respective competencies and their role in the economic life of local regions in order to assist enterprises, organizations and institutions more effectively.
